Board of Directors cordially invites you to our  Holiday Evening Gathering \nCelebrate the season with fellow members and colleagues at a relaxed evening of connection and holiday cheer. \nEnjoy engaging conversations\, festive refreshments\, and the opportunity to expand your professional network in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. \nGuest Speaker:  Michael Lutz will cover some career tips\, and needed skills for a successful career in trade compliance. \nMichael Lutz is currently Vice President of Global Trade Compliance at NVIDIA Corporation. He began his career at Intel as a photolithography engineer after graduating with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.  After ten years in engineering and upon completing his MBA\, he transitioned into trade compliance at Intel.  He later earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University and then switched jobs to Venture Capital and running a venture backed startup. Following that\, Mike returned to Intel\, once again focusing on trade compliance. In 2006\, he left Intel to become the first trade compliance employee at Google where he built and led the program as it grew to more than twenty people worldwide. He left in 2017 to join NVIDIA. Mike is a member of the California Bar and has been a longtime member of the ISTAC.
