We will focus on what items and activities are subject to the EAR; steps to determine export licensing requirements; how to determine export control classification numbers (ECCNs); when you can export or reexport without applying for a license; Automated Export System (AES) procedures and requirements; sanctions programs; Export Compliance Program (ECP) concepts; and real-life examples in applying this information. Presenters will conduct “hands-on” exercises that will prepare you to apply the regulations to your company’s or organization’s export activities.
